You can easily train the AI by yourself through our easy-to-use platform. On the configure page of the chatbot, on the data tab, there are multiple options to train the AI, like uploading files: .DOCX, .PDF, .TXT, providing links to websites, articles, connecting platforms with which we integrate like Notion, Confluence, or even adding manual text data.

How hard is it to add the chatbot to my website?
